Texas Pete Hot Sauce is a delicious sauce and a true classic for spicy Hot Wings. The legendary Texas Pete Hot Sauce has strong cayenne pepper notes and a flavor composed of three different peppers. No more, no less than a whole gallon jug!

Texas Pete Hot Sauce has been used since the 1930s and was created to spice up grilled and chicken dishes, pizzas, and vegetables. Plus, it goes with almost everything else! Try it as a burger sauce!

Tip: Divide the jug into several smaller bottles to keep the sauce longer and you can even share the jug with friends. You'll find a recipe from Tampere in the additional information.

Recipe: Tampester's hot wings (2 servings)

1 kg raw, unseasoned chicken wings

2 dl Texas Pete Hot Sauce

0.7 dl liquid margarine, celery, carrots

2 dl sour cream, blue cheese dip

1. Mix the blue cheese dip into the sour cream and place the dip in the refrigerator to set.

2. Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet, spaced apart. Brush them with rapeseed oil and bake in an oven at 225 degrees for 25 minutes, until they are slightly shrunken and browned.

3. Mix the margarine and wing sauce together. If the sauce is too hot, add more margarine until the flavor is to your liking.

4. Cut the carrots and celery into strips. Take the set blue cheese dip out. Arrange the carrot and celery strips on the edges of the plates, place the fried chicken wings in the middle, and pour the wing sauce over them.
